An in-person community meeting will be held at the Deptford Recreational Center, located at 52 Montague Lane, Deptford, NJ 08096, on May 29th at 6:00 PM. We encourage all residents to attend, as we will be discussing important updates and next steps for our community.
Landscaping will be done bi-weekly by M&D Landscaping. Mulching and weeding will begin starting June 1st. Please ensure walkways and driveways are clear on service days to allow crews to complete their work efficiently.
Trash collection is every Tuesday by Roselle Public Works. For holiday weeks, your trash and recycling will be collected on the following business day. Holidays observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Annual dues are $960, payable quarterly at $240 per quarter. Payment dates are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. Make checks payable to Narraticon Association Inc. and mail to P.O. Box 5089, Deptford, NJ 08096. Payments not received by the 15th of the due month are considered delinquent and subject to a $15 late fee per month. If you are delinquent two quarters, an attorney will initiate legal action — all attorney fees and court costs are the homeowner's responsibility.
Yes. All exterior modifications — including paint colors, fencing, landscaping changes, additions, solar panels, and satellite dishes — require prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee. Submit the Architectural Review Application (available in the Documents section above) at least 30 days before your planned start date.
You'll receive a written notice describing the violation and a timeline to correct it (typically 14 days). If not resolved, a second notice may be issued along with a fine per the fee schedule in the CC&Rs. You may appeal any violation by submitting a written response to the board within 10 business days.
Starting May 1, 2026, trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday. Recycling pickup is every Thursday. Bins must be at the curb by 7 AM and removed by 9 PM on pickup day.
